Veggie Tales - The Little House That Stood Review and Giveaway

AND THE WINNER IS . . . Suzie W.

Congratulations!!  I know you are going to love this DVD.
Okay, so I have been doing a few more reviews since I teamed up with my great friend Hope over at FlyBy Promotions.  All of you should know by now that I am NOT A READER.  Sad day!

I know, right?  But I loves me some movies.  So when Hope has a DVD to review, I jump on it.  Lucky for you wonderful readers, huh?

So let's see.  First of all I am already a Veggie Tales freak!  Like I said before when Santa had to start wearing the eye patch, the first thing that came to mind was  . . .

The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything!

But seriously, folks.  I watched this DVD and it was . . .

absolutely hilarious . . . and adorable.

In true Veggie Tales style it was just as funny for me (a really old lady) as it will be for your children and grandchildren.  What could be funnier than parables from the Bible dressed up like nursery rhymes from Mother Goose.  And come on "The Three Little Pigs" what a great story.  You just have to see for yourself.

Here's all the details about the DVD and the stuff you need to know about how I got the DVD to review.  I know you will all love it so you should definitely fill in the Rafflecopter giveaway at the end of the post so you can win your very own Veggie Tales DVD.  Hurry we will announce the winner Monday morning!  So tell your friends . . .

or don't so you'll have a better chance to win. . .

no, no, you should definitely tell your friends.

It's the right thing to do.

I hope YOU win, but if you don't it will be available in stores THIS WEEK!

About The Little House That Stood
When the Three Little Pigs roll into Cabbageville looking to build some new houses, they meet one builder with a plan and two without a clue! Larry builds with hay, Mr. Lunt with bricks, but only Bob builds his houses on a firm foundation - following the wise plans from the Master Builder's Handbook! Will the Little Piggies make the right choices when it comes to building their houses - and their lives - on solid ground? Find out in this parable that shows kids when they follow God's blueprints, then can stand strong when the storms come!

  1. My kids and I love veggie tales. Great in the DVD player in the van for the 5 hour trip to visit grandma.

    1. Absolutely Ginger! Miss seeing you guys! Five hours IS a long drive.

  2. I am keeping it for my kiddos.

  3. It would be for the kids.

  4. The Veggie Tale team are super creative. I raised my three big kids on their videos. This one sounds fantastic! A good blend of a popular children's story with a parable from God's word. :)

I've been catching up on all your previous posts. These last two weeks I went into hiding, but now I'm back.

P.S. I usually beat my husband out of bed. I have loads of energy in the mornings and evenings, but in the day I'm beat and take a nap if I can. I'm sure glad he wasn't beating you!

Thanks so much for leaving a comment . . .I just love them!!
