But look what Nehemiah did at the end of Chapter 2.
Nehemiah doesn't go out and brag about wanting to rebuild the walls. Instead he goes to a select group of people and enlists their help. He asks them to help him build the walls of the city.
Lighting the fire of the people around you. How do you get people around you to help you with your "cause"? Well it depends on what your cause is. If your cause is helping to build a wall, you might want people who want the wall rebuilt to help you. This is what Nehemiah did. But what if your "cause" is to quit smoking. How does that affect anyone else? How can you get others to help you with YOUR problem?
Sometimes fellow "quitters" can be convinced to help you quit. By learning from their methods they can help you quit. In the same way fellow dieters can support you when you are dieting. It's not out of reach to find others who are going through the same thing you are going through.
I'm not so sure I would be able to find fellow "NON-bed-makers" but maybe? LOL!
