Loss Creations

Just for copyright purposes . . . not going into photography business, unless that's what God wants for me.  What do you think?

But whatever was to my profit I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. What is more, I consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ—the righteousness that comes from God and is by faith. Philippians 3:7-9

Aren't these the sweetest little girls?  I just love these pictures.  I finally was able to send them off today.

So let me know what you think of the name. . .

  1. I love the girl's pictures first of all they are the definition of innocence, and truly God's creations, BUT doesn't LOSS mean gone, POOF, no more!?! Creations is a very good word, by why LOSS? Am I missing something? Have a great day and a wonderful weekend.

  2. Loss as in if I profit anything from this it is nothing compared to Jesus! But I see what you mean. . .

  3. These 4 pictures make a perfect set. I would put them in matching or complimentary frames and arrange them on prominent display. Great work, even for a non-photographer. :)

I love the sentiments of the Phillipians reference, but I don't see how it relates to your photography, unless it is a working name, refering to your life attitude. For these pictures I would have chosen, James 1:2 "Consider it all joy when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance." No doubt these adorable faces give you both joy and trials at different times. :)

  4. James 1:2-4 is my signature verse. It does keep popping up maybe I should use "Perseverance Photography" or "Joyful Creations" I am still searching for the perfect name. Until them maybe I should just put a big C on them and say Copyright Sandi Burns. LOL!
