Jesus

Day 7 - Someone who has made your life worth living for. . .

Obviously, this was an easy one for me.  I can't think of another single person who makes life worth living than Jesus Christ.  I know a lot of people say, "my kids" or "my spouse" but come on, all those things can be taken away so easily and then what are you going to be living for?

I learned a long time ago that my children do not belong to me, probably because they were taken away from me at such a young age.  So maybe my perspective is a little warped, but I think I learned a valuable lesson and that is to enjoy whatever time I am given . . . not hold on to the hurt because they aren't going to be with me forever.

Some of you moms out there may think, in the newness of holding your sweet little one that you are going to be with that child forever. . . but more times than not, this isn't true.  (Hey this is 30 Days of Truth, I'm just sayin')  You might get the full 18 years, and you may lose out after only a few years.

So I say my answer is Jesus.  No matter what nothing, and I MEAN NOTHING can separate me from Jesus.

neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.  Romans 8:39

Check out all the TRUTH.

  3. Thanks for the comment Becky Jane. Wow, 11 kids! I pray that they all will find a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Jesus says, That the family in the kingdom of heaven is not like your family here on earth. It's going to be AMAZING, but different from the way it is here. Our intimate relationships will be with God, not each other.
    Mark 12:24-27

    Following you back!
